He is a super super great man!

I am about to tell you a valuable story about such an incredible man who brings me a vast chance to change myself completely for more than one year. He is my first life mentor who I always respect and regard as a bright mirror to follow.

I was born in a normal family. I experienced a miserable childhood, most of the time on green fields. The circumstance turned me into a strong girl with an amazing ability of self-independence. My parents must work busily day in and day out, they even don't have time and money to take us for a short holiday. I used to feel jealous of my friends' rich conditions. They showed me their family's image collections from summer vacations with excitement. Then I stayed alone and studied all the time. I dreamt about one day when I had a lot of money, I would travel over the world and live a life full of happiness.

After adversities, I finally passed the most significant competition in my life, entering the university I had dreamed for ages: Foreign Trade University. I went on a life far from family. The most hauting sorrow always appeared in my mind was how I could find a part-time job as fast as possible, to get over the hard period of time studying in one of the most expensive cities in Vietnam, to help my parents step out of financial problem. My first job was writing articles for a food website which required me to translate cooking recipes from English to Vietnamese or copywrite articles from other websites. This jobs didn't bring me enough money, just about 500 thousand dong during a month, one hour per day. Sometimes, I saw that it wasted my time. I quited this job right away when I found  the next one that has lasted til now. It was a great job from a social entrepreneur: MOVE Vietnam. I had never heard that name before at that time but I used to meet the CEO there on TV, on Talk Vietnam channel, together with Adam Khoo - one of the most millionaires that I admired. It was synthetic that I could work with a talented businessman. It was unbelievable!

I recalled the first day when I met him was in December. The winter was so cold and the company was just far from my house about one km. It took me just 15 minutes to get there on foot. I was a little bit nervous. I couldn't count my heartbeats and couldn't imagine what the weather looked like at that time. Wow, I was standing right in front of him, the man with a cozy voice and gentle manner. He told me about what I needed to do next time. I would spend most of the time working from home, just one to two afternoons at company. My jobs were translating articles, documents and creating newsletters and then sent them to customers. This job was extremely meaningful to me. It assisted me in enhancing English skills as well as understanding more about enterprise environment.

After 2 months at company, I was offered to write for my CEO a book named Moneyosophy (psychology about money, business and sales). We spent nearly two months talking with each other about the contents of the book. During this time, I was really stressed down  but the total knowledge I learnt from him was approximately equal to what I learnt over 18 years. This is the first time in my life I have had a golden chance to talk with one of the famous businessmen in Vietnam, to be told about the experience of a person who has gone through ups and downs to achieve success. This is the first time I have seen the importance of widening networking and surrounding myself with the people that help me achieve my own feat.

There is one quote by Richard Branson I am really impressed by:"Screw it, just do it." Every risk is worth taking as long as it is for a good cause and contributes to a good life. My sister told me: "You are still young. Don't live too safely when you are still strong. When you get my age,  you will see that people usually regret about what they didn't do at their young age. My mistake was that I lived my whole youth obediently. I didn't want to dissatisfy my parents and then I accidentially put me in a box. I didn't know how beautiful the life outside was. It sucks. Now is your time to fly, fly with your own pair of wings, with powerful enthusiast."

My mentor told me: "Now you are in second year at university. You still have at least two years to be on the way finding what you really need for your whole life." It is extremely crucial for us all to look for our own mentor. He is the person that will teach you how to live, how to learn and how to get the top of the world.

Thank you for having me in your life!
